Schedule – “Program Days”

Program Day #3 – 1 on 1 Games

Four games, two for each gym. Common rules, four dribbles max, play off offensive rebounds, offense rotates to defense, defense out.

The four games are: 1) drive against ball pressure, 2) drive against space, 3) back to the basket, and 4) shooting off the move. Game #4 you earn two points if you score off the catch, the one exception. For all of these, explain and demo and they can go for 8-10 minutes on their own, keeping score, etc. I am thinking we can leave five minutes for basket champions to duke it out, or top 4 points?
